Specifications:
Command Tubular manufactures and distributes drill pipe to API specification in sizes 2 3/8” to 7 5/8 in all standard weights and grades. In addition, Command Tubular also offers SS-95 and SS-105 to IRP specifications for sour service applications. All Command Tubular new drill pipe features proprietary green tube chemistry, proprietary IEU upset design, FLUT on 100% of UTG tubes, tube body wall to meet 95% RBW specifications.
All tool joints meet API Spec 7-2 and can be ordered with 2”, 4” or customized tong lengths on pin and box tool joints. All tool joints unless otherwise specified include factory make and break. Hardbanding and internal plastic coating options are available upon request.

One of the most critical sections in welded drill pipe is the transition zone between the tool joint and the pipe body. A smooth, gradual transition linked to the superior nature of the purity of our steel ensures minimum stress concentration and greatly improves the fatigue life of the pipe.
